TriColor running lights have always made a lot of sense to me. Under sail, the leeward running light on mid-ship mounted lights is often blocked or reflected by the genoa. Bow lights are a better idea but are suceptable to damage in this vulnerable location.This unit incorporates the best of all solutions by letting you replace your old anchor light with a unit that flips from running lights to anchor light using your existing three wire system (required for strobe mode). This unit is very energy efficient, light weight and easy to install.

The Argo Navis LX Series TriAnchor™ Light is certified to the US Coast Guard standard 33CFR 183.810 for inspected vessels up to 65 feet.

The LED TriAnchor™ combination light is completely waterproof, rugged, and miserly with your battery bank. It draws only 0.5Amp at 12VDC. Separate colored and white LEDS allow selection of Tri-color running lights or anchor light mode in a single low-profile design.

Installation:

• Remove your old anchor light
• Mount the LED TriAnchor™ to either our Stainless Steel side-mounting or top-mounting bracket.
• Connect the TriAnchor™ to your existing three-wire system as described in the installation instructions.
• Connect your existing onboard +/- to our function switch. The function switch switches the TriAnchor™ from Tri-color, anchor, or strobe mode.
  
  Please note: Our 3-Wire Switch for applications in boats that do not have a separate panel switch for "Tri-color" and "Anchor" functions may be necessary. See product write-up by selecting "back"
